Experience

Product work grounded in real BESS constraints

My work spans the full product lifecycle: customer discovery, requirements, stakeholder alignment, architecture trade-offs, product roadmaps, MVP definition, launch and iteration. I have worked with products that combine cells, BMS, PCS, transformers, controls, enclosures, thermal systems, cloud software and analytics.

The portfolio includes high-rate lithium batteries for data-center UPS applications, utility-scale MV-skid development and machine-learning anomaly detection for energy storage. Across those programs, the recurring product challenge is the same: balance safety, performance, cost, integration and serviceability without losing sight of the buyer and the business model.

Review the case-study portfolio for project context, constraints, roles and outcomes.

How I work

Evidence before opinion

Understand the decision

Define the customer, operating context, constraints and measurable outcome before prioritizing features.

Make trade-offs visible

Connect technical choices to safety, schedule, revenue, total cost of ownership and field execution.

Validate early

Use prototypes, calculations, pilots and structured feedback to reduce uncertainty before full development.

Editorial and corrections policy

How Data Panda content is maintained

Articles combine first-hand product experience with public technical and market sources. Regulatory, financial and market-data articles should identify their sources, assumptions and verification date. Tools are educational screening aids; they do not replace project-specific engineering or professional review.

If you find an error, outdated source or unclear assumption, email sergey@data-panda.com. Substantive corrections will be reflected in the article’s updated date.
